Daily Devotion
Morning scripture, prayer, and journaling at 6:30 AM. Every man starts the day in the Word before he starts it anywhere else.
Bible study, prayer, worship, and one-on-one discipleship as part of daily life at Brother's Place.
Recovery at Brother's Place is built on a simple conviction. A man does not just need new behaviors. He needs a new heart. Sobriety, employment, housing, and healthcare matter, and we work hard on every one of them. But none of those things hold without a deeper change. That deeper change is what spiritual formation is for.
Every resident is welcomed into a daily rhythm of devotion, a weekly rhythm of teaching and study, and a personal relationship with a mentor who has walked the road before him. Sunday mornings are spent worshiping at one of our partner churches, where the brothers are received as family.
We do not require a man to believe before he arrives. We do invite every man into the life of Christ, and we have seen what that life does. Restoration here is not a program output. It is a person, made new.
Daily, weekly, and personal. Three rhythms that, together, reshape a man.
